Heiwa Real Estate Co., Ltd. (“Heiwa Real Estate” or the “Company”) announced that one of its
properties, FinGATE TERRACE (location: 8-1 Nihonbashi Kabutocho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo), has been selected as the location for the Financial Market Entry Office. The Financial Market Entry Office was established on January 12, 2021, by the Financial Services Agency and local finance bureaus of the Ministry of Finance.
