What is FinGATE?

Kabutocho has been an entrepreneurial district for investment and securities since the Meiji Era (1868 to 1912). Heiwa Real Estate has been implementing the Nihonbashi Kabutocho and Kayabacho Revitalization Project based on the concept of revitalizing a district where people connect, and where investment and growth are born. One of the specific initiatives in this project is the development of the incubation business FinGATE to support the start-up and development of independent asset management companies and fintech-oriented financial services ventures.

FinGATE supports growth companies during new business start-up and business expansion by developing office space and other infrastructure. In addition, it provides them with intangible services such as business matching solutions and middle- and back-office services.
